CEO
With years of hands‑on experience in the construction of high‑end luxury yachts and dependable pilot vessels, I bring a deep technical understanding of composite boatbuilding and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
My career has been shaped by a drive for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, supported by extensive work alongside Lloyd’s Register and RINA to ensure every vessel meets the highest standards of safety and compliance. From humble beginnings on the shop floor, I’ve developed a genuine respect for the skill, dedication, and craftsmanship of the people who build these vessels day in and day out. That foundation keeps me grounded and reminds me that great boats are created by great teams.
I work hard to foster a safe, positive, and productive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work. Listening to the team, recognising their expertise, and appreciating the depth of knowledge they bring to every project is central to how I lead.
I’m known for combining practical expertise with a meticulous approach to vessel construction, consistently exceeding performance targets while maintaining uncompromising quality. Whether working on bespoke luxury builds or commercial craft, I take pride in delivering results that stand the test of time and reflect the very best of modern marine engineering.

Nick Ward
Sales Manager
Nick has worked in sales and marketing for his entire working life. After a successful career in the IT sector, Nick made a change into the marine industry, where for the last 20 years he has worked in various senior sales and marketing roles across both the leisure and commercial boat sectors, including manufacturing, new boat sales and brokerage for world class brands, both in the UK and Internationally.
This means that Nick benefits from extensive knowledge, combined with practical experience, all contributing to a broad range of expertise across different market sectors.
Over the years I have sold new and used boats of all shapes and sizes, from modest day boats to high end luxury motor yachts, and commercial work boats.
Throughout this experience there is one common theme I have found, which is that no matter what the boat or the value, it is either someone’s pride and joy, or in the case of a commercial boat, it is a vessel that is relied upon to operate reliably on a continual basis. As such I have always maintained that whoever the customer and whatever the boat, they all deserve the same level of quality service, no matter what.
